What is the cost for credit repair?
If you are renting through PMI Southern States it is including in the monthly rental fee. However, you are responsible for keep the credit monitoring through Identity IQ which is $19.99.
If I do not qualify to rent through PMI Southern States, what are my options?
You will be sent to The Pyramid Group with KW Metro Spartanburg, and they will assist with other rental sources.
