Whether you are in the market to rent or purchase this program is for you. This program is designed to turn home renters into homeowners, while also working on achieving better personal credit. Our goal is put individuals in a position to be able to purchase a home of their own instead of continuing the cycle of renting. We have created a process of first getting you into a rental through PMI Southern States, working on your personal credit through Masters Credit Consultants and then transitioning you to The Pyramid Group with KW Metro Spartanburg to help with finding a home of your own.
